So it came as a surprise to be told by a local friend about this attraction about 40 minutes drive from ha noi vietnam in the general direction of the airport. Chuong is a well-known lacquer artist whose works are well represented inHanoi galleries.

But he has built this palace on a site of about 10,000 sq m comprising buildings in typical old Vietnamese style and furnished with antiques (or at least convincing copies) furniture and his paintings.
